Clients remain responsible for their calling practices and compliance with applicable telecommunications and marketing laws.

12. Remote Performance Management

Remote Performance Management (“RPM”) is intended to support agency sales performance through coaching, performance monitoring, call review, accountability, training, and related management activities.

RPM does not guarantee individual employee performance, sales results, revenue, profitability, or retention.

The client remains the employer or contracting party responsible for its employees, producers, contractors, compensation decisions, employment practices, supervision, licensing, and compliance obligations unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

13. Communications

By providing contact information through our website, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry or business relationship in accordance with applicable law and any consent language presented at the time of submission.
